Dear fellow Co-Owner;

Since Saturday, October 21, 2023, when the Co-Owners of the 18th At Walden elected a full 7-member Board of Administration, your board has met almost weekly in administrative/executive sessions to wade through the financial obligations of our Association.  At our General Meeting on December 16, 2023 we again committed ourselves to continue digging for answers as well as a means to give our members some budgetary relief.  When we started 3 1/2 months ago, we truly did not anticipate being kept in the dark by our management company.  Much has changed since then and, with Texas Glocal finally releasing our income data and member contact information, we are much closer to understanding where the money has been going and how much money should be coming in.  This meeting on March 2 is vitally important.  Again, we are asking for proxies even if you plan to be there so that, should something happen at the last minute to keep you from attending, we will still have a quorum and be able to conduct business.

  • Board Activity Report:  Cliff Unruh, President
    • Building Repairs and Bats: Ray Granda, Vice President
    • Presentation: Current Financial Status – Monthly Assessment Relief (various board members)
    • Parking Stickers and Enforcement (Stickers will be distributed following the meeting)
    • By-Laws Amendment Guaranteeing 56% Resident Ownership (Tabled until Spring Meeting)
    • New Business as Proposed From the Floor
    • Adjourn

For the Council of Co-Owners (that’s all of us) to succeed with the above, we must have a quorum of no less than 25% of the total number of individual owners (46 minimum) either present at the meeting or present by proxy.  If you want the dues reduced and the value of your property protected, then please complete the enclosed Proxy form.  Return your proxy to us via mail, or scan it and Email it to us at [email protected].  You may also complete your proxy via DocuSign.  Just Email us at: [email protected] and we will send you a DocuSign link.   We need you at this meeting but life happens (storms, family emergencies, work, etc.) sometimes making it impossible to attend.  Your signed proxy is insurance. It guarantees us a quorum should you not make it to the meeting! If you’re at the meeting, you will count towards the 25% for quorum and you can vote in person.  If you’re not at the meeting your proxy will still count towards the much needed 25%.  For more information and updates please visit our website:
