Dear fellow Co-Owner;
It has been almost a year since your elected Board of Administration took office and began the process of evaluating every single expense paid by our Association. This board has met almost weekly in administrative/executive sessions to wade through the financial obligations of our Association. We now have a good understanding where most of the money had been going under our two previous management companies and have a relatively secure handle on the amount of money that should be coming in. This meeting on October 19, is our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING as specified in our Bylaws and is vitally important as we continue to turn the 18th at Walden around. We will be electing two Board Members and approving our 2025 Annual Budget. Again, we are asking for proxies even if you plan to be there so that, should something happen at the last minute to keep you from attending, we will still have a quorum and be able to conduct business.

For the Council of Co-Owners (that’s all of us) to succeed with the above, we must have a quorum of no less than 25% of the total number of individual owners (46 minimum) either present at the meeting or present by proxy. We need you at this meeting but life happens (storms, family emergencies, work, etc.) sometimes making it impossible to attend. Your signed proxy is insurance. It guarantees us a quorum should you not make it to the meeting! If you’re at the meeting, you will count towards the 25% for quorum and you can vote in person.
